Mode of Supply (within the Country):
- Always write Name, Full Address and nearest Railway Station legibly, preferably in Block Letters.
- Books will be supplied to Out-station customers through Bank or V. P. P.
Mode of Supply (outside the Country):
- Our Foreign Customers may place their orders with us and ask for Proforma Invoice.
- Proforma Invoice itself does not guarantee the supply of quoted books unless explicitly stated. Only those books will be supplied which are available at the time of receipt of the Confirmed Order.
- Books will be supplied by Sea Mail Post, unless otherwise instructed by the Customer.
Extra Charges for First Class and Air Parcels will be borne by the Customer.
- Books will be supplied on Customer’s entire risk.
EXPENSES:
- All expenses viz., Postage, Packing, Freight, Insurance and Banking etc., will be borne by the Customer.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
- Against payment by Bank Draft payable at Lahore or by postal order,
- on advance payment or Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit for the full amount of the order; or
- on cash against documents basis routed through nominated bankers whose name and address be communicated to us,
- customers may not remit advance in the form of Currency Notes.
OTHER TERMS:
- Prevalent market prices at the time of dispatch will be charged.
- Books once sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable. or
- With the issue of new catalogue, previous prices of books stand cancelled.
A REQUEST:
- In case of order of small amount customers are requested to obtain books from booksellers in their town.
- Kindly pass on this Catalogue to other leading Booksellers/ Publishers of your City/Town.
